This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 This a very good book to find the answer to your questions about choice and other things。 I loved how they interact with the reader by the words inside the book。 I loved their story too, one of it is when they decide to conceive again but hardship is a challenge but they overcome it and believe in their self which is a very good example of not giving up despite the odds in life。。

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 Personally, it's my favourite book so far。 I don't care what other people think, say or do about this book。Yet, for me, this was the book that I needed the most at the moment。 It helps me clear clouds in my head and encourage me to trust myself not with sheer willpower but with bite-size plans and strong visualization and affirmation。 Personally, I would love to befriend Allan and Barbara Pease。They would be the two craziest people in the world who live their own definition of the norm, which is Personally, it's my favourite book so far。 I don't care what other people think, say or do about this book。Yet, for me, this was the book that I needed the most at the moment。 It helps me clear clouds in my head and encourage me to trust myself not with sheer willpower but with bite-size plans and strong visualization and affirmation。 Personally, I would love to befriend Allan and Barbara Pease。They would be the two craziest people in the world who live their own definition of the norm, which is the state of life that I aspire to live。 Here is the quotation from the last chapter of this book, which I am recording down for my own sake:1。 Write it down- "The most successful people in life write down their thoughts and prioritise their ideas。。。 Keep adding to your list and be sure that what you set as goals are the things you really want and not what others expect of you。"2。 Break it down and set deadlines- "If you don't look like you are able to reach an important deadline, adjust it。"3。 Take responsibility - "From today, decide to take 100 percent responsibility for everything in your life。"4。 Use affirmations and visualisation- "Your life is the sum total of your past affirmations。"5。 Form new habits - "Intentionally acquiring the habits of successful people will lead you to the success you want。"6。 Follow through, despite what anyone says, think or does。 - "The only way to avoid criticism is to do nothing, say nothing and be nothing。。。 Acknowledge that it's all right for them to think that way while, at the same time, restate what you believe to be true。"7。 Accept fear and worry as normal- "。。。put a deadline on when you will get over them。。。 Expect that you may feel fearful when new or unexpected opportunities arise, but don't let this stop you from working to achieve your goal。"8。 Play the numbers- "Remind yourself that everything you set as a goal will be based on number sequences and formulas。。。 Record all your daily activities, 。。。, soon your ratio will appear。"9。 Reclaim your life- "Take charge of your own life - reclaim yourself and choose to become the person you want to be。"10。 Don't give up - "The beginning is always the hardest part。 If you feel like quitting, reread your goal list and think only about what you want as your outcome。"11。 Finally。。。- Choose What you want to do, then How will follow。- "Take what you do in life seriously but never take yourself too seriously。"- "'Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the body can achieve。' - Napoleon Hill, 1937。" 。。。more

Es ist schwer, diese Lektüre zu rezensieren。 Wie an den Lesedaten deutlich zu erkennen ist, habe ich beinahe ein Jahr gebraucht, um diesen "Ratgeber" zu beenden, ohne das Buch einfach abgebrochen zurück in das Regal zu stellen。 Begonnen habe ich die Lektüre in einer kleinen Leserunde, die sich allerdings schnell aufgelöst hat, was teilweise an den Umständen des vergangenen Jahres lag。 Jedoch muss ich sagen, dass ich über dieses Buch keine Diskussion habe führen wollen。 Die angepriesene Hilfe, se Es ist schwer, diese Lektüre zu rezensieren。 Wie an den Lesedaten deutlich zu erkennen ist, habe ich beinahe ein Jahr gebraucht, um diesen "Ratgeber" zu beenden, ohne das Buch einfach abgebrochen zurück in das Regal zu stellen。 Begonnen habe ich die Lektüre in einer kleinen Leserunde, die sich allerdings schnell aufgelöst hat, was teilweise an den Umständen des vergangenen Jahres lag。 Jedoch muss ich sagen, dass ich über dieses Buch keine Diskussion habe führen wollen。 Die angepriesene Hilfe, seinem Leben etwas Struktur zu geben und sich seine Ziele so zu setzen, dass sie erreichbar sind, war eher einer permanenten Selbstbeweihräucherung des Autoren-Duos gewichen。 Ich bin ein sehr emotionaler Leser, der zwar nicht nah am Wasser gebaut ist, jedoch recht schnell in Rage geraten kann。 Und bei diesem Buch war das wieder der Fall。 Diese steten Wiederholungen, dieses "Ach, wir sind so toll und haben alles im Leben erreicht, weil wir einfach krass und hyper intelligent sind" ging mir derart auf die Nerven, dass ich eine extreme Abneigung gegenüber dem Pease-Ehepaar entwickelt habe。 Wirkliche Informationen, außer dem tollen Navigationssystem RAS (wie ich dieses Wort zu hassen begonnen habe) in unserem Kopf, gab es keinen wirklichen Input。 Dafür bin ich nun genaustens über die sehr skurrile und alberne Erfolgsgeschichte der Autoren in Kenntnis gesetzt worden und weiß über ihre Bestseller bestens Bescheid。Wenn ich jetzt an diese Lektüre zurückdenke, kann ich nur den Kopf schütteln。 Wut und Abneigung sind die Emotionen, die mir im Gedächtnis geblieben sind und dieses Buch als sehr schlecht deklarieren lassen。 Ich kann es von meinem Standpunkt aus nicht empfehlen, da die Ratschläge mehr dem "Schau mal, ich bin so toll, wie du gerne wärst" gewichen sind und der eigentlich angepriesene Inhalt non-existent war。 。。。more

Možná。 Nicméně jsem ráda, že se mi dostala do ruky, umím si představit, že se z toho dá něco vytáhnout a může pomoct, jen teda autoři a jejich výroky typu "dám si deadline na rakovinu" a "o Nejsem cílovka, četla jsem na doporučení a hodně se to minulo, protože já jsem se svým životem dost spokojená。 Řekla bych, že jsem přesně tam, kde chci být, a pokud ne, tak proto, že tam zrovna směřuju。 Tudíž pro mě návody, jak svůj život úplně překopat ku spokojenosti, nejsou zrovna užitečné。 Pár let zpátky? I got this book by mistake with my order。 While reading the description I wasn’t convinced but at the same time I thought “hey, this may be universe trying to say me something, lets give it a try”。 So I did。 But if the universe was trying to tell me something the message was “don’t ever never read self-help book。 You made this promise to yourself once before, remember? Well, now you will definitely remember”。 It started quite ok, although I had my first cringe at the page 3 - Why do you co-write I got this book by mistake with my order。 While reading the description I wasn’t convinced but at the same time I thought “hey, this may be universe trying to say me something, lets give it a try”。 So I did。 But if the universe was trying to tell me something the message was “don’t ever never read self-help book。 You made this promise to yourself once before, remember? (I got my answer in the end of the book, this amazing quote sums it up: “This was the time of the height of political correctness, when it was fashionable for people to pretend that men and women thought the same way”。 )Anyway, it only gets better and better。 With quotes like “If you are depressed just put a deadline on your negative thoughts” or stories about refugees who decided to escape from their country and they DIDN’T DIE because they set up a GOAL in their mind。 “Everybody is responsible for the situation they are in” unless you have “schizophrenia or autism” (wtf?) You just had to set up your mind to a goal and It will happen。 Even if you can get killed why achieving it, or your government forbids it, or if its against the law you will find a way to do it。 All in all, great useless read to practise your Zen skills and/or speed reading。 。。。more
